I can’t do coupons
I was a big timer for a season. Like grocery stores paid me…okay maybe that never happened. But I did get things for free and it was great and we were stocked with toothpaste and toothbrushes and deodorant for like 4 years. However, that season has passed. I have chosen to “cut the coupons” out completely. Is it wise to save money? Absolutely. Is it virtuous to be shrewd with our finances? The Proverbs 31 woman sure is. But sometimes, you have to know where your limits are and couponing is beyond mine. I still look for ways to save; buy store brands, shop Aldi frequently, and buy things on sale. But as far as coupons go…well, for the time-being…I am out.
God bless you shoppers who use them, and God bless you all who don’t. And God bless America.
